About Balfour Farm
Balfour Farm is an organic dairy and farmstead creamery located in Maine, making handmade small-batch aged raw milk cheeses, pasteurized fresh cheeses, cultured dairy products, and non-GMO-fed salami. The farm sells their products at the Portland Farmers' Market, and many stores across Maine and other states.
