About Benson Shady Valley Farm
Benson Shady Valley Farm's cows are on pasture spring and summer and have hay during the winter. They are also given a molasses and mineral pellet at milking time. Cows are currently A1/A2 and A2/A2, with a goal of having only A2/A2 in the future. Farmer's statement: "We used to be a commercial dairy, but decided to go back to the basics and provide a clean, safe, and delicious product to our community.
