In 2024, we became a RAWMI-listed farm (Raw Milk Institute), demonstrating our commitment to excellence in raw milk safety and transparency. We follow rigorous sanitation and herd management protocols and conduct frequent bacterial and quality testing to ensure the highest standards for our milk. Our raw goat milk is available for on-farm pickup, pickup at the Market Square Farmer's Market in Knoxville (June-September) and limited local delivery by appointment.
