About Didaskalos Farm
This small farm practices sustainable agriculture. They are currently milk one 100% grass-based A2/A2 standard Jersey who gets no grain. They have a limited supply of milk. For those who need A2/A2 milk for health reasons, they have about 2 gallons per day available. They also organically raise Silver Appleyard ducks, assorted rare breeds of chickens, and two endangered breeds of turkeys. And they currently have one Oberhasli goat in milk. She is fed organic rations from New Country Organics.
