Raw milk from a herd of Holsteins and Jerseys, grassfed or fed farm-raised hay. No hormones or chemicals used. They also have two-month old raw milk cheddar, colby, and jack (garlic and chive, pepper jack, and herbal jack) cheeses, and 10-month cave-aged Smethe and Bouche artisan cheeses produced by Wakefield Dairies, Wakefield PA. They are also a source for local grassfed meat, poultry, eggs, fruits, and vegetables produced with no or limited chemicals, and baked goods made with whole grains or coconut flour, no trans fats, and no refined sugar.
