This dairy provides A2 milk from Jersey cows that are tested to ensure the presence of the A2 B casein protein, not the A1 B casein protein. Many people who think they don't tolerate milk find that they can digest A2 milk (most store milk is A1). The farm does not use growth hormones. This milk is great for making homemade cheese and butter.
