Located in the heart of Dutchess County, Hoofprint Cheese Company is a Grade A Raw Milk Goat Dairy and Creamery established in 2015. They have a herd of Alpine and Nubian goats and offer raw goat milk, artisanal goat cheeses, and small-batch yogurt.
