Award-winning raw milk cheeses from purebred pastured Jersey cows that are rotationally grazed and fed hay, supplemented with a small amount of grain in the parlor. No fermented feeds. Organic practices, no antibiotics or hormones used. Raw milk cheese varieties include a bloomy-rind Camembert style and a Tallegio, as well as Tommes, Goudas and Cheddar.
