Raw milk from small herd of mainly grassfed Jersey and Guernsey cows. They are machined milked and the milk is bottled in half-gallon returnable and reusable glass bottles. A one-time bottle deposit required. All cows are tested for TB, brucellosis, and Johne's disease. Also available are pastured broiler chickens, Thanksgiving turkeys, and pastured laying hens for brown eggs. Grass-finished beef also available in quarters, halves, whole, and by the cut. All animals free-range the farm and have a 100 percent vegetarian diet (no animal fats in the feed to boost protein). No hormones or antibiotics used. They follow organic management practices although not Certified Organic. Currently delivering weekly to St. Louis metro area and Columbia. Email or call for more information.
