About Midnite-Blu Acres
This small grazing dairy farm in West Central Wisconsin has their cows out on grass as much as possible. Most of them are Holsteins. They have 4 percent butterfat and 3 percent protein. They offer raw milk for soaps, grains for milk kefir and water kefir, kombucha culture (SCOBY), and raw honey. Farmer's statement: "This is a lifestyle choice for us and our 7 children who were raised on milk and dairy made products, kefir, kombucha, and raw honey. Some products and produce are available from our farm. We also have milk and water kefir grains and SCOBY for making your own kombucha. The raw honey is from our own personal hives!
