Grass-based family farm in the Ozarks, providing raw whole milk from Milking Shorthorn cows, milked in a dairy parlor with a closed system and strict cleanliness protocol; monthly testing. Short-hung, grassfed beef is available year-round as individual cuts or order by quarter, half, or whole beef. No grain, steroids, hormones, etc. used. Dairy cows are given small amounts of non-GMO grain while milking and are supplemented in various times of year with fresh sprouted feed. Pastured milk-fed non-GMO pork year-round as well.
