About Stablefood
Stablefood has offered a Jersey herdshare since 2007, via on farm pick up only, and by contract only. As of 2022, the cost is $52 per month for one half-gallon per week picked up on farm by appointment time/day. You provide your own clean jars. Each half-gallon of whole raw milk usually has about a pint of cream on top. Natural improved pasture is available to the milkers from March through November with (non-organic) alfalfa supplementation.
