About Waltzing Rock Microdairy
The Waltzing Rock Microdairy at Miller's Farm is a traditional family dairy with modern techniques. They have Jersey cows and a small dairy sheep flock. They test their milk monthly, use modern milking equipment, and EPA-approved sanitizers to ensure the highest quality raw milk. Milk is available on farm, by appointment only.
