About Welsh Mountain Farm
Raw Jersey milk, raw milk cheeses and aged cheeses (3-year old sharp cheddar, mild cheddar, smoked cheddar, pepper jack, monterey jack, herbal jack, garlic and chives, and Le Cheval cave-aged cheese), pasteurized butter. Cows are grassfed, supplemented with some GMO grain. Soy-free free-range eggs. Their products are inspected by the state of PA and are legal for resale. They ship nationwide.
