Raw Jersey milk available that has been certified by U.C. Davis as A2/A2. The cows are grass fed except for a small amount of grain given as a treat during milking. Farmer's statement: "We milk by using a milking machine as we feel this helps to keep the milk as clean as possible. We test for mastitis using the California Mastitis Testing procedure and the milk is filtered, placed in glass jars and refrigerated. This gives us a great product to offer to our customers."
