Zebulon Heritage Farm offers A2/A2 raw milk from Jersey cows. The cows live on rotationally grazed pastures 24/7. They are offered kelp and Redmond salt, and they receive a small amount of locally grown grain at milking time if they need it to maintain a healthy body condition. They are milked with Delaval style bucket milkers, and the milk is rapidly chilled in a small cooling tank. The farm periodically tests their milk to assure quality and cleanliness. Other products include cream, butter, and grass-fed beef. They deliver in Rogersville, Mooresburg, Sneedville, and soon will in Morristown. Farm pick up also available Monday through Thursday.
