Raw milk from Ayrshire cows. Farmer statement: "We lease a dairy barn and 30 acres of pasture in Whiting, Vermont where our small herd of predominantly Ayrshire cows live. Their raw milk is sold to a local artisan cheese producer and directly to our customers. Excess milk is used to grow the bulls born on the farm to produce and humane veal."
